Executive Assistant to the CEO

Executive Assisant; Butler Behavioral Health

We have created a new position that reports directly to the CEO and will support not only the CEO but also senior leadership of Butler Behavioral Health. The administrative offices are located in Hamilton, OH.

Essential job responsibilities:

- Manage/coordinate executive functions and projects of the CEO

- Critical thinker

- Proactively anticipate and resolve issues/concerns

- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

- Provides administrative support duties for CEO and senior leadership team - enabling efficient operations of entire leadership team

- Manages/coordinates Board meetings, committees and related communication

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of executive assistant experience
  • Proficient with current computer software including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Preferred: Healthcare/behavioral health experience

Integrated Care Manager

Integrated Care Manager; Butler Behavioral Health

Looking for an opportunity where you can work in a team environment?  Are you highly motivated?  Are you interested in working in the Butler County community and have a desire to help adults with mental illness?

Job Function: 
Community Based position to provide integrated care coordination for adults with severe mental illness.  The Integrated Care Manager will function as a member of an interdisciplinary team to improve behavioral and physical health outcomes among individuals.

Requirements: 
2 years direct or related experience
formalized education preferred.

Dual Diagnosis Manager

Dual Diagnosis Manager; Butler Behavioral Health

Are you interested in working in an up and coming program in the mental health field?  Do you have experience with  mental health and AoD?

Job Function:
Provide on-site management of our Dual Diagnosis program and provide direct treatment services (mental health and AoD) on a multi-disciplinary team.  The right candidate will maintain the department as viable evidence based service to adults, children and families with mental health issues using industry best practices.

Requirements:|
LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, LPCC-S
AoD as a major scope of practice
AoD licensure preferred
