LPN

This position provides office and community-based services with an integrated care philosophy:

·         coordination of care

·         medication reconciliation

·         client education

·         targeted nursing services to achieve client outcomes

·         medical support services to clients receiving psychiatric care

Requirements:

·         Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio

·         Two years experience working in the behavioral health or related field

Community-Based QMHS

This position works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families served working closely with youth, family and community partners.  This position will also provide advocacy and support toward the ultimate goal of promoting health and wellness and enhancing independent living.

This position:

  • provides in-home supportive services, parenting education, skill building, community resource referral, and other social services interventions to the youth and family
  • coordinates and monitors services in the community, including mental health, medical, education, psychological, vocational and social services

Requirements:

  • Associate or higher college degree
  • Two years experience working in the behavioral health or related field

Community-Based Therapist (SW Ohio counties)

This position works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families served working closely with youth, family and community partners.  This position will also provide advocacy and support toward the ultimate goal of living safely and successfully together and in the community.

This position will:

  • provide in-home crisis stabilization services, parenting education, counseling, community resource referral, and other social services interventions to the youth and family
  • coordinates and monitors services for the youth and family in the community, including mental health, medical, education, pschological, vocational and social services

Requirements:
OH licensure:  LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC
Masters degree
Two years experience working with familes in the behavioral health field

Clinical Program Manager

This position will provide oversight and leadership for our MRSS program across Butler, Warren and Clinton counties.

If you have excellent collaboration and time management skills - this position is for you!

The qualified applicant will have:

  • the ability to collaborate across Butler, Warren and Clinton counties providing family system services with children under 21 years of age
  • the ability to manage outcome measurement, financial analysis, productivity evaluation and continuous improvement of program effectiveness and efficiency in outpatient programs
  • the abililty to provide supervision to staff
  • the ability to market in the communities served and will have community outreach skills to solidify positive relationships with community providers, juvenile court and other county family systems

Requirements:

Outpatient Therapist Serving Senior Population

The ideal candidate will provide community-based behavioral health therapy and diagnostic assessments to the senior population of Butler County.

  • Identify client's needs and develop treatment targets that are achievable to be carried out by any BBH provider
  • Document clinical services in EHR in timely manner using collaborative documentation
  • Provide collaboration to other members of the client's clinical team re:  behavioral symptoms, medication, pertinent issues

Requirements:

OH licensure:  LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW (independent licensure preferred)
Minimum 2 years clinical experience preferred
Masters degree required

Crisis and Consultation Intervention Therapist 

 

 

Qualifications: Must be flexible with the ability to provide crisis assessment & intervention services for adults, adolescents, children, and the elderly under a variety of circumstances. Preference given to licensed professionals who have experience providing crisis intervention and/or behavioral health services in Butler County.

Requirements : LSW, MFT or PC required, with LISW or PCC preferred

Job Duties:

  • Face-to-face and/or telephone pre-crisis consultation.
  • In vivo consultation to providers of behavioral health services.
  • Community- and office-based lethality assessment, pre-hospital screening and intervention of crises requiring face-to-face assessment and intervention.
  • Education requirement: Master's in Social Work, Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy

Dual Diagnosis Program Manager

Are you interested in working in an up and coming program in the mental health field?  Do you have experience with  mental health and AoD?

Job Function:
Provide on-site management of the Butler Behavioral Health Dual Diagnosis program and provide some direct treatment services (mental health and AoD) on a multi-disciplinary team.  The right candidate will maintain the department as viable evidence based service to adults, children and families with mental health issues using industry best practices.
