The staff of our counseling centers are a multi-skilled team, representing the fields of Medicine, Counseling and Social Work.  Each team member is fully licensed by the State of Ohio in his or her respective discipline.

Randy is responsible for vision, strategy, and team development of the organization. He prides himself with promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.  He fosters leadership development opportunities in the organization to maximize staff retention.

Randy received his MSW from the University of Cincinnati and BSW from Miami University.
